The honey found in COLOR.ME BY KEVIN.MURPHY is sourced from the largest international beekeepers cooperative in Northern Italy. This group is comprised of over 600 beekeepers in Italy who produce an average of 2,500 tons of honey per year. This cooperative selects only beekeepers who use traditional methods and devote great care to the health of their bees, while maintaining a high standard of production and storage to guarantee freshness in their products. These beekeepers offer a rich variety of high-quality hive products, from pollen to royal jelly and propolis, and the cooperative is an EMAS entity (EU Eco-Management and Audit Scheme), certifying its sound environmental practices.

Where does the honey come from?

While the cooperative that controls the honey production is centered in Northern Italy, the honey we receive for COLOR.ME BY KEVIN.MURPHY can come from locations all throughout Italy. The honey we use can be traced back to its region, flower, and beekeeper, so that we guarantee the source of this ingredient directly where it originates from. We are also provided with certification that ensures the bees are not harmed during any part of the harvesting and manufacturing process of the honey. Our honey comes from a facility that is Halal certified, Kosher certified, and ISO certified for Quality Systems and Environmental Management Systems.
